Margaret Teich
Margaret Teich is from Asheville, North Carolina. After graduating Asheville City Schools, she attended UNC Chapel Hill on a Morehead Scholarship.
Following college, Margaret moved to New York City where she worked multimedia journalist, attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in Manhattan, and then represented the accused as a public defender with the Legal Aid Society - Criminal Defense Practice in Queens.
Margaret returned to the state in 2017 to fight for North Carolinians in State and Federal Court. Her practice areas include criminal and juvenile defense, post-conviction representation, and general civil litigation. Margaret joined Tin Fulton Walker & Owen in 2023.
