Nancy E. Walker (Retired)

Nancy E. Walker joined Tin Fulton Walker & Owen in 2008. She has been a litigation attorney for more than 30 years and has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts. Nancy’s practice areas have included personal injury litigation, insurance coverage disputes, business litigation and criminal defense. Nancy has successfully tried over 100 jury trials in courts throughout North Carolina and has argued numerous cases in appellate courts in this state. She also has negotiated numerous large settlements for clients before having to proceed to court. In 2013, she became a certified Superior Court Mediator. She has been recognized by her peers as a “Legal Elite” by Business North Carolina and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Mecklenburg County Bar.

Nancy E. Walker is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, Nancy was a member of the Wake Forest Law Review, serving as its Business Editor in 1987-1988.  Since her graduation in 1988, Nancy has been admitted to practice in North Carolina State Court, U.S. District Courts of North Carolina for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts, in the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, in the U. S. Supreme Court.
