Margaret Teich
Margaret Teich is from Asheville, North Carolina. She was a Morehead-Cain Scholar at UNC Chapel Hill.
Following college, Margaret cut her teeth in New York City where she worked as a multimedia journalist, attended the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in Manhattan, and then represented the accused in Queens as a Public Defender with the Legal Aid Society - Criminal Defense Practice.
Margaret returned home in 2017 to fight for North Carolinians in State and Federal Court. Her practice areas include Criminal Defense, and Juvenile Defense, Traffic, Post-Conviction and Parole Representation, and Civil Rights Litigation. Margaret joined Tin Fulton Walker & Owen in 2023.
