Zack Ezor

Zack Ezor joined Tin Fulton Walker & Owen in 2023. His practice focuses on civil-rights, criminal, and business-litigation matters.

A former public-radio producer, Zack came to North Carolina to attend Duke Law School. He now calls Durham home.

Right after graduation, Zack clerked for two federal judges—Judge Loretta C. Biggs (Middle District of North Carolina) and Judge James A. Wynn (Fourth Circuit). He then served as a Dellinger Fellow with the North Carolina Solicitor General’s Office, where he handled a wide range of matters in both state and federal court.

A seasoned appellate advocate, Zack regularly takes cases that he did not work on at the trial level. He has argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the North Carolina Court of Appeals.  And he has briefed cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
